NASA – Dryden Flight Research Center - NASA will be at this year’s Back-2-School Expo with models of the new spacecraft and rockets that are being built to go to space! NASA handouts will be given out until they are gone. Rocket Ares #1 (takes the astronauts in to space) and Rocket Ares #5 (delivers large scale hardware to space); and America’s new spacecraft called Orion is a crew module (similar to Apollo but bigger) for the astronauts when launched on top of the Ares 1. Be sure to come by NASA’s booth and get information on their upcoming launch abort tests at White Sands Missile Range; NASA handouts will be given while supplies last.
